**Terms & Conditions:**
1. The issuance of certificates or statements of results is the sole responsibility of SETA or QCTO. The process typically takes 3–6 months and is subject to various factors, including load-shedding and SETA/QCTO processing times. Should this timeframe be exceeded, learners will be informed of the reasons for the delay. Please note that delays may occur due to SETA operations, especially during their closure from mid-December to mid-January.
2. Tshifaro Institute shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by SETA/QCTO under any circumstances or for any resulting damages or inconveniences that such delays may cause to the student.
3. If you fail to complete the course for which you have enrolled, you may not transfer, assign, or give it to another person. (T&Cs apply.)
